(More customer reviews)It would be easy to typecast Christina Aguilera as a teen phenomenon, but one viewing of this DVD should convince even the most anti-teen singer skeptics to realize the simple fact that her voice is one of the best in music today. This video, which is a compilation of her big pop hits, Christmas classics, cuts from her less radio-saturating Spanish-language album and a few choice covers is a view into Christina's ability to do what she does best - sing live.
She is lumped in with Britney Spears, but her vocal talent far exceeds that of her Britney and their other peers. Her cover of the Etta James classic "At Last" not only shows she has the voice, but the soul to go along with it. While other reviewers have commented negatively on her sometimes overly-theatrical vocal acrobatics, it's amazing to watch a young singer discover the power and range of her own voice. She does so on this DVD.
Few performers can match the quality of their studio recordings when performing live, and even fewer can exceed it. Christina Aguilera exceeds it, and we can only hope that she will continue to assert her artistic nature and branch out beyond the quick success of bubble gum pop and into bigger and better genres.

(More customer reviews)Incredible. I have never actually seen Tupac live but watching the the concerts put me right there in the action, I truly felt like I was there. The House of Blues performance was far better quality than that of club 662, but the club performance still delivered a since that Tupac was back none the less. It was also great to see all of the Death Row artists truly supporting each other on stage; this truly displayed the fact that they were all fans of each other's music. I loved it and recommend it to all of the Tupac and Death Row fans.

(More customer reviews)This is a good investment because it has all the b-sides (that I know of) from around the world. The DVD is 30 min. half of which is footage of their Tokyo promotional activities including brief clips of a small outdoor concert they did there. The disc is playable on US players. It is not in anamorphic though which is annoying when you watch the "Straight Though My Heart" video which is filmed in a wide cinemascope and looks like a small postcard cut out on a widescreen tv. The Asian subtitles can be turned off using your remote. For some bizarre reason, the image of Jim Morrison on AJ's shirt is completely censored through the whole Bigger video and behind the scenes footage and it's very noticeable.
