(More customer reviews)I was in attendance for this show-it's hard to believe it was nearly 40 years ago. Elvis put on a good show-and did his karate moves at some point. I recall that "I'm Leaving" was the latest single at the time, but it didn't chart very well. A great song, nevertheless. I still have the ticket stub-it cost a mere ten bucks to see Elvis live in 1971. I don't have this disc, yet. I keep thinking maybe I'll be able to find it for something less than $59. After all, it was just released, wasn't it? It's a bit of a gouge if you want to pick up a live show or an album of outtakes. The Madison Square Garden shows can be found for a few bucks. And the show was recorded on a cassette player, if my information is correct.
So, I suppose I'll wait a while and see if the price drops. That ought to be around the time that pigs begin flying.
