(More customer reviews)If you have seen Lorie's other concert DVDs, you will not be disappointed by this one. Live Tour 2006 takes all the magic of Week End Tour and Live Tour 2003 to the next level! The production is fantastic, from the creative costumes to the insane light shows to the talented backup dancers and musicians. And, of course, Lorie's stage presence is better than ever!
In addition to an AMAZING concert, there is quite a bit of behind-the-scenes stuff included on this DVD - like a 44-minute "Making Of," rehearsals, and a video showing Lorie and her female dancers trying on their costumes. Even if you are like yours truly and can't understand French, these are still fun to watch because they showcase Lorie's bubbly personality and sense of humor. If you CAN understand French, well, then these bonus features will probably be even more enjoyable for you! :)
All I can say is: buy, buy, buy!
WARNING: This DVD is Region 2, so if you don't have an all-region player, it won't work. It will play on computers, but you'll have to change the region code and can only do that a certain number of times (I think 4) before it "locks you out" and you're stuck with whatever region you chose forever.
