Audio CD:
If you're expecting all out trance mahem then perhaps you might be disappointed, but if you're a fan of the more melodic, dreamy, underground material then you'll love this CD as I did. It features original tracks and remixes from some of the most talented artists on the trance circuit at the minute. Armin Van Buuren's remix of Solid Sessions' Janeiro and the Above & Beyond remix of Catch's Walk on Water are both great examples of uplifting trance anthems. This CD is just a little more subtle than your average Ministry of Sound Trance Nation.
DVD:
It's great to have a splendid combination of a thumping CD and DVD in one package. The main feature on the DVD is a 17 minute extract of Ferry Corsten playing some of his best personal creations to his audience in Tokyo. Tracks played include Walhalla, Out of the Blue and Punk. It really is a refreshing change to be able to watch a DJ in action whilst listening to quality tunes instead of getting stuck with boring CG effects.
In my opinion don't wait any longer. The price is more than you would pay for your average dance compilation, but remember what you get for that money. You won't be disappointed :)
PS. I have to confess that I own a pair of Sony's v700 headphones and a contributing factor for me to get them was because Ferry was wearing them in the DVD lol Mind you they do sound very nice.
