(More customer reviews)I warn you 'cause this is not "easy reggae", but roots reggae with an own style. I had to listen the album many times before i like it. The title track got a mystic rhythm and the song i love more is "We wanna go home". Definitly is a good roots reggae album.

2008 album from the Reggae icon. Although contemporary audiences may know his gorgeous trill from collaborations with Massive Attack in the 1990s, Horace Andy was a fixture on Jamaica's original Reggae scene in the late '60s, recording with all the classic dub producers. His distinctively supple singing style influenced a generation of vocalists, even outside the scope of Reggae. 12 tracks including 'Most Surrender', 'We Wanna Go Home', 'Zion High' and the title track. Sanctuary.
