3 Doors Down - Away From The Sun (SuperDisc DVD) Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)This is one of the finest concerts since the new millennium! 3 Doors Down are unquestionably one of the U.S.'s best straight-ahead-rock-and-roll bands. The band is tight, no-nonsense, a true powerhouse. Incredible musicianship and energy from each individual player... live, they are truly electrifying. The production values on this DVD are top notch.I always think live music is the purest and best experience one can have, and I always love a great concert by a great artist/band where the audience is going bananas... that's as good as it gets.

KISS - The Second Coming (1999) Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)KISS The Second Coming is the perfect video of die-hard KISS fans, and I enjoyed it too much. It's a backstage pass into the hidden world of KISS that everybody doesn't get the chance to see. We follow four men (Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons, Peter Criss, and Ace Frehley) as form a rock group, travel into good times, and crash into the bad times. But in the end, they reunite and start a World Alive Tour, and release new albums.

For over a quarter century, Kiss has shaped the face of popular music and rock culture. The "Kiss Alive Worldwide" tour saw the rebirth of rock's most incredible band. Who are these masked men and where did they come from? What did it take to reclaim their title as "The Hottest Band in the World?" After 18 years apart, Paul Stanley, Ace Frehley, Peter Criss and Gene Simmons overcame their past differences, finally reuniting the powerhouse original Kiss lineup that wrote rock and roll legend. This is Kiss and this is their story.
