(More customer reviews)A great dance company demands equally great music. I was fortunate enough to see two live performances by the Bayanihan - one here in the US and the other in Manila. Both times I found it hard to resist singing or humming along to the music of my motherland.
This cd brings back those memories. It's a fine production. You can even hear the clapping of the bamboo poles in "Tinikling," much like you would in a live performance.
Too bad there is no video to accompany it, though.
